The apartment has one bedroom for sleeping, an open kitchen / dining room, a living room that can double as a guest room, an office, a bathroom, and a storage room. Both bedroom and living room have lights-out curtains. The apartment was recently renovated.
Quiet neighborhood and apartment, 2nd floor (no elevator), no balcony but large windows that open, good light.
Centrally located in Berlin City West. University of Arts (UdK) is in walking distance, Free University of Berlin (FU Berlin) can be reached in 5min by train, and Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin) can be reached in 15min by train.
Located in the middle of various well known places. Within walking distance: Kudamm, KaDeWe, Bahnhof Zoo, Prager Platz, Viktoria-Luise-Platz, Winterfeldtplatz, Motzstrasse, Wittenbergplatz, etc. All the shopping and restaurants you may need, still quiet.
Furniture is from my own apartment that I just moved to Berlin, so furniture and gadgets are high quality. Look through the photos and ask any questions you may have. Like most German apartments no A/C and no dryer (but a washer). No microwave either. Everything else I can think of is there.
