Recommendation to the editor?

For a research article that I have been writing, I modeled the review process of the journal I’m aiming at using Gen AI. All highly-critical AI reviewers Reviewer 2a, Reviewer 2b, and Reviewer Z are now satisfied with the article. Upon submission, should I recommend to the editor to skip the formalities and go straight to acceptance?
